Mercury Technologies is seeking a versatile Solutions Architect with broad expertise in automation technologies to design and implement comprehensive solutions for our diverse client base. Unlike the AI/ML specific role, this position focuses on architecting end-to-end automation strategies that may involve a blend of RPA, custom integrations, workflow orchestration, and other automation tools. You will be responsible for translating complex business problems into clear, technical blueprints, ensuring that our solutions are not only effective but also scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term client objectives.

You will play a critical role in the pre-sales and discovery phases, working closely with our sales and consulting teams to understand client needs and propose optimal automation architectures. Your ability to articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences will be essential. This role requires a strong background in enterprise architecture, a deep understanding of various automation platforms, and the ability to design solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing IT landscapes. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can envision the future state of client operations and design the automation pathways to get there.
